Tips to enjoy your bath to the fullest:
- The water should be warm but not too hot so you avoid getting dizzy while bathing
- Put music on, your favorite book, magazines, a bubbly drink or some of your favorite food within easy reach
- Add to the bath essential relaxing oil such as rose or lavender
- Apply a nourishing face or hair mask while bathing
- Afterwards to keep the relaxing benefits of your bath lay down with a good book or a good movie & don't forget to pour yourself a hot chocolate or tea & enjoy a cosy night!
